Pholourie

Fried seasoned dough balls served with various sauces (max 2 sauces).

Doubles

A Trinidadian street food staple. Doubles consists of two fried bara dough with curried chickpeas and various sauces. Request non spicy. Optional protein upgrade.

Aloo Pie

An aloo pie is a pastry filled with seasoned mashed potatoes and then fried. It is therefore similar to samosas.

Mains

Jerk Shrimp and Grits

Large shrimp in jerk sauce with bell peppers, onions, herbs, and spices served over grits.

Bake and "Shark"

We layer fresh fish of the day with various sauces (tamarind, pepper, garlic, and chadon beni), onion, tomatoes, and lettuce in a fry bake. Served with fries and your choice of mango or potato salad.

Mango and Strawberry French Toast

Oxtail Omelette

Pulled braised oxtail, bell peppers, light cheese, onions, and herbs.

Bake and Buljol (Saltfish)

Seasoned cod made with herbs and spices stuffed in a fried bread "bake".

2 Eggs Any Style

Comes with fried prosciutto ham, toast, and fruit bowl.

Dessert

Currant Roll

A lovely, flaky dough filled with cinnamon, brown sugar, and currants.

Coconut Roll

Rolled up with a sweetened and spiced coconut filling, this dough is baked till golden brown.

Sweet Bread

Bread baked raisins, coconut, spices, mixed fruits, and brown sugar. Served with affogato (ice cream and espresso shot).

Mimosa

Jackfruit Mimosa

Ripe jackfruit meat puree topped with sparkling wine.

Mango Mimosa
